I’ve never followed the straight path — and I don’t expect my clients to, either.

My career has been anything but conventional: from medical device management consultant to cybersecurity product manager to strategic advisor for launching innovative health tests. Each pivot came with friction and fear. But with every transition, I wasn’t just chasing what looked impressive on paper. I was asking deeper questions: What would feel meaningful? What would bring me closer to a fulfilling life, as I define it?

Over time, I began noticing patterns in how I resisted change — and that curiosity led me to experiment. Drawing on my science & tech background, I started treating both career and life decisions like iterative design: testing, learning, and adjusting. Each experiment brought more clarity, more fulfillment, and ultimately, a life that feels uniquely my own.

That mindset became the foundation for my signature “Getting Unstuck” framework — an approach that helps people move forward with less fear and more possibility by treating change as a series of strategic experiments rather than all-or-nothing leaps.

As a Career & Life Design Advisor, I blend lived experience with evidence-based techniques to offer guidance that is both actionable and deeply impactful. I’ve supported hundreds of people in reimagining change, navigating transitions, and building momentum toward lives that feel as good as they look.

And through unique partnerships with organizations like Brown University, Bozzuto, and the Museum of Contemporary Art Arlington, I continue expanding access to life design tools — so more people can experiment, iterate, and create fulfillment on their own terms.
